Our Lady's Hospice Ltd. is managed by a Board of Directors. The role of the Board:
Entrepreneurial Leadership
- Provide effective leadership of the Hospice within a framework of prudent and effective controls
Strategic Direction
- Set the strategic direction of the Hospice, in light of the ethos and values that under pin the organisation, as established by the Religious Sisters of Charity.
Oversee and Monitor Performance
- Approve, monitor and review organisational performance

Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer is Ms. Mo Flynn. The role of the Chief Executive Officer:
- Lead and manage the Hospices in delivering a patient-centred service according to the Hospices policy and strategy, in line with the organisational ethos and values
- Implement the strategic plans and policies, as established by the Board, in the most effective and efficient manner
Management Team
Supporting the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer in Our Lady's Hospice Ltd. is a Management Team. The role of the Management Team is:
Leadership and Management of the Hospice
- Effectively manage and oversee the daily operations of the Hospice
Strategy Implementation
- Develop and manage the implementation of strategic and annual organisational plans
Resource Management
- Manage the resources of the Hospice to achieve strategic and annual goals
Teamwork
- Work together as a cohesive team towards the achievement of the objectives of the Hospices
