Complaints
The complaints policy and practice of Our Lady's Hospice is focused to meet the needs of patients, families, carers and visitors to the Hospice. Where possible, we will endeavour to resolve all complaints at a local level, and will strive to exceed the requirements of the Patients' Charter and to resolve and/or reconcile the patient's or their carer's concerns.
