Fundraising and Communications

Fundraising is a crucial activity of any hospice. Every year new and challenging targets have to be met to ensure that our patients and their families get what they need from our facilities and services. Given the current economic climate, fundraising is more important than ever.  But connecting with our generous donors isn't just a financial transaction. It's a way for us to tell the exciting and vital story of the hospices in Harold’s Cross and Blackrock, to move it out into a kind of community ownership, and it's a way for generous people to know that they are making a huge difference.

How you can help

  • Make a donation
  • Take part in one of our events
  • Become a volunteer and help with our events
  • Get involved with a sporting event (links to Great Ireland Run, Mini Marathon)
  • Run your own event: If you have an idea for an event we would love to hear from you. Just let us know your plan and we will link in to give you as much support as we can.
  • Make us your ‘Charity of Choice’ - set up your own on-line fundraising page at www.mycharity.ie
  • Add us on Facebook or Twitter and invite friends and family to get involved
  • Corporate: Staff Fundraising and Staff Volunteering.
