Make a Donation in Memory

Making a donation to Our Lady’s Hospice In Memory is a meaningful way to pay tribute to a family member, friend or loved one whilst making a difference to the lives of others.

As well as sending you a letter of acknowledgement and thanks, we can send an In Memory card on your behalf to the family or a nominated recipient.

If you are donating €250 or more, and you are a PAYE earner residing in Ireland, it is possible to make your donation go even further. Please complete this short form, post it to us, and we can reclaim the tax on your donation. Depending on your rate of tax, this form can yield an extra €173.72 for the Hospice from a €250 donation.
