The Mixing Bowl, which is endorsed by Irish chef and restaurateur Neven Maguire, is a collection of recipes from the patients and residents at Our Lady’s Hospice – recipes handed down through generations that might have been lost or forgotten. With the recipes, are anecdotes and heart-warming tales from hobs around Ireland.
